Description


For auction today: Australian copy of this album, with the original paper bag that the shop used to put the album in, at the counter at point-of-sale, in 1987. The bag has U2 - Joshua Tree text and album photo on front and photos of other U2 albums on the rear...as shown in photos. Island had these bags made and printed this way, specifically for the purpose of point-of-sale promotion. Same Cat # on bag and album cover. Bag is VG+ only, due to some tears at the top on both sides and creasing from handling/storage. Rare opp.
