Description

Selected titles from the private collection of a music business veteran are now being made available for the first time. Titles offered by this Seller are one-owner and came directly from the pressing plant, record company warehouse, other label reps or record store unless otherwise noted.

Grading is based on visual inspection.

Album ships in a 2 MIL poly cover sleeve.

I package records outside the cover to avoid seam splits.

  • This First Pressing Promotional Copy is the second album released by U2.
  • See below for matrix runouts.
  • This copy has never been played.
  • The single piece board cover has tight seams and shows no wear.
  • Note the Promo sticker upper right. This sticker was replaced on subsequent Promos by a gold foil stamp.
  • The semi-gloss inner sleeve has credits and photos on both sides.
  • This group was a WB staff favorite and a priority "work" act from day one. The first two albums made some noise and the rest is history.
  • Seller got this new from WB in 1981. It has been in storage for 35 years.
