Description

This is my record from 1978, in great condition.  Vinyl is excellent, and album jacket is also excellent, only a little wear on the edges. Handled with care by me. I will ship it in a record case with padding. Thanks`

Comments/Reviews: Townes Van Zandt’s 3rd self-titled album is widely considered his best and this is a lovely condition copy.

Not the US 1969 original on Poppy but the US Tomato Records 1978 reissue.  The LP comes in the Tomato records brown corporate inner sleeve.

There is nobody quite like Townes Van Zandt, he has a style of mainly acoustic music that is nothing short of legendary. Musical genius and highly influential are labels frequently used for others but Townes is the real deal on both counts.

This album is as good a representation of his greatness and few albums bare your soul like this one.
