This 2nd Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers red translucent vinyl (with light purple marbling) promo LP on Shelter Records is unplayed and has been stored in a heavy vinyl sleeve since I acquired it in 1978. The entire package is about as close to mint as you can get. "FOR PROMOTION ONLY" gold stamp front jacket. Vinyl NM, jacket NM, heavy picture/credits inner sleeve NM. Stored in a poly sleeve.
