This 2nd Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers promo LP in red translucent vinyl (with slight blue marbling) on Shelter Records has never been played and has been stored in a heavy vinyl sleeve since I acquired it in 1978. Gold promo sticker on front of jacket. Vinyl NM, jacket NM, colored inner sleeve NM. Free secure shipping to the lower 48 states.
