Tom & Jerry / Ronny Lawrence - Baby Talk / I’m Gonna Get Married, Bell Records - “Baby Talk” was written by Melvin Schwartz, Tom & Jerry later on were better known as “Simon & Garfunkel”. This song was released in August 1959. Jan & Dean released their version June of the same year. The Laurels did it first in 1958. This version by Tom & Jerry is very rare. Garfunkel named himself Tom Graph, a reference to his interest in mathematics, and Simon Jerry Landis, after the surname of a girl he had dated.
