Never like to describe as mint but this really would fit the description !

NEAR MINT aural delivery with very little to fault . Awesome find. Impossible to locate like this. Played only ONCE ,I believe! NEAR MINT album sleeve ! Near MINT Black track labels! Near mint surfaces! Unmarked VINYL ! Virtually immaculate presentation of one of the best Who albums ever produced!ULTRA clean ! Factory FRESH feel. Appears as if it has just been pressed!! Stunning visual!

Black TRACK label format with one solitary spider line !!! Virtually immaculate labels! Appear just pressed. Jet black and in beautiful condition !

THE very first issue single unlaminated , non flip back sleeve printed by MacNeill Press. This shows a true ,genuine, first issue/earliest sleeve .  NO feathering to opening edge!! A straight perpendicular edge with just a slight knock which has caused a miniscule kink , otherwise absolutely perfect!NO rips. NO tears. NO graffiti of any kind!!! NO stickers . NO spinal/edge wear visible. NO ring wear ! NO discoloration. NO fading of the coloration! Outer faces are in wonderful condition with NO creases visible. Very near impossible to locate like, this owing to the obvious fragility of the sleeve and the unlaminated surfaces. However this album cover is in near mint format and must be the best in existence today !!!

Rare Head hunters sleeve

Becoming extremely difficult to locate nowadays and a treasure to add to a serious vinyl collection . A mega scarce collectors’ item on offer here. Slight discoloration on top edge of one face otherwise nothing to report. Excellent++ condition . Advertises all the other Atlantic artists of that era and is a highly sought after collectors’ item. Normally very elusive , demanding a high priced bid to win this piece of vinyl history. No graffiti. NO seam splits ! ! NO tears. Black, white and grey inks project in sensational style with little fading detected. Awesome collector’s item!!

Vinyl

Surfaces appear glass like and UN played  ! ! Thicker pressing than later issues and a pleasure to hold and to view . Highly polished surfaces and unmarked even under a strong light . Must have been played once ONLY inspecting the surfaces as the record appears virginal with undisturbed grooves. A truly remarkable exhibit .

Labels

Black Track format. First issue as later label format was lighter, almost greyish in coloration. One extremely light spindle trace only observed from these black Track labels!!! NO mottling. NO peeling! No rips! No tears! No graffiti ! NO fading. Silver text projects prominently against the jet black of the label. Soft textured with NO damage to report. Beautiful examples of this earliest pressing! Near mint and will not find better examples.

Audio

NEAR MINT! Crystal grooves ! truly awesome. Forgive me but I had to hear the exquisite delivery from this awesome vinyl.Remarkable aural delivery conveying a mellow warmth with that extra loud cut punch!! Piano keys and guitar strings are delivered through virginal audio channels. Posssibly the best aural presentation in existence today of this beautiful Who production. Magnificent layered effect to which the individual instrumentation can be singled out, A R P Synthesiser, bass, brass, VCS 3 Organ, percussion and drums give a sensational effect.  Awesome stereophonic delivery.

One of the best examples of this monumental rock classic!! Impossible to locate in this near mint condition , complete with the rarest and most highly collectable inner Head hunters sleeve !!! All up for grabs…Good luck if you decide to bid.. Located on my holiday in Prague actually, where there was a small back street music shop ……Incredible find!
