Description

An original pressing on Track records from the mid-70's. Matrix A4/B4. Etching "Bilbo". The vinyl comes housed in an original cover printed by Clout & Baker.
Vinyl (Ex+/NM) Absolutely pristine and do not under estimate a grading at this level. We almost never use this grading on a vintage record as, in reality, they are very very hard to find! Under close inspection we struggled to make out barely a single mark. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an, at least, EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are silent and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. Even those quiet intros manage to play clean - and that is a difficult ask! Audio quality is superb and, thankfully, interference is practically non-existent.. All we detected was a couple of crackles in a couple of brief moments [literally]. A superbly preserved record and an absolute must for a WHO fan with discerning audio tastes..
Cover (Ex+) Shiny like new and has clearly been very carefully looked after down the years. Shiny front and back with only the very lightest signs of handling. Edge wear is light too and the spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity and doesn't look far off a new cover.
