Description
Ok. So, you are bidding on a MEGA-RARE White Stripes - Lafayette Blues 7" vinyl single.
This is from the 2nd edition print run by Italy Records on Black Vinyl in 2001 (The first edition was on white vinyl in 1998). Both were printed at 1000 copies each.
I bought it at a White Stripes show in Tallahasse, Florida in 2001 right before I snuck backstage to talk to Jack and Meg for a bit. Meg was sick, but Jack offered to sign my copy of the single. He signed it "Jack White III." This was right before they got super huge. The record has never been played!
I really didn't want to sell this record, but I have to, due to my being laid off. It's a one-of-a-kind item and has personal value to me, but hey, hopefull you'll enjoy it too! I hope to see this go to a good home.
