Description

ATCO Records   33-193   MONO    VG+/VG+    US original WHITE LABEL PROMO album. One of the all-time 60's British Invasion psych classic albums, was The Troggs' Wild Thing!!!  This is the RARE pressing on the ATCO label, most common pressing is on the Mercury label with different cover. The Troggs had a raw garage/trashy sound and were anything other than a clean mop-top British band of the era!!!!  Wild Thing had its 3 chord progression,  foot stomping beat, and the ocarina solo, and hit number 1 in the charts. With that song, The Troggs had made their mark in rock n' roll history...forever!!! Their lyrics were sexy, and this debut album is a true classic. Cover is solid, has slight ringwear, 4 songs on back cover have black ink marker circling them. The vinyl has a couple of light scuffs, the white promo labels have NO spindle marks.  Crank up LOUD and enjoy this MONO sound!!!!
