Estate item.  One of a few listed from the same estate.  All in good condition, many with the original excellent condition posters and/or inserts.  There is some wear to the albums consistent with age-wear to corners, some fade, may or may not have a musty smell from storage.  The records all look to be in very good condition as well.  No large or deep scratches I could see.  They are untested, as I have no way to test.  Please view all photos as they are part of the description.
