EX- (top shape, lovely gloss, just a couple of non audible marks on both sides)
This is a super super rare test pressing of The Strokes killer follow up record, Room on Fire. The label reads 'FAO of Geoff'. Geoff Travis is the founder of Rough Trade Records, the label The Strokes were signed to, and of which this LP was released on. This one off would have almost certainly been the copy that Geoff Travis received prior to the final "yes" before the LP went to press. A true piece of Indie gold dust! The label also reads 'x10 T/P' which will refer to the amount of test presses run off. The other 9 would have gone to the band and AR executives.
I dug this up in Notting Hill (home of Rough Trade) in 2007.
