Description

Traffic LP. John Barleycorn Must Die. 1970 UK early pressing on the pink ISLAND label.  Cat No: ILPS 9116. Side one has ILPS 9116, A2 handwritten  matrix numbers on vinyl run off, together with handwritten UAS 5504 A; handwritten date 5-3-70 and STERLING mother stamper. Side two has machine stamped ILPS 9116 B4 matrix numbers. Thick card, E.J Day gatefold sleeve has light corner wear to top right, and some very small, barely noticeable light wear to top . The rear sleeve has partial ring wear near top (see photo). Sleeve graded EX+/Near Mint. Vinyl has clean labels and no spindle wear. There are some very light marks that are only visible when held at an angle to a bright light.  No audible background. Superb sound quality. Vinyl graded Near Mint. Apologies for the light blurring at the centre of the photos - problems with camera.
