Description
The Pyramids - "Lalibela" on Pyramid Records from 1973. Amazing, deep spiritual / afro session from the Pyramids, which I believe was their debut. Regardless, this is by far the rarest of their three albums, so don't miss out! Album consists of two long tracks, and features Idris Ackamoor on alto, soprano, masenqo and talking drum; Margo Ackamoor on flute and percussion; Kwame Kimathi Asante on bass, Ugandan harp, bamboo flute; Marcel Lytle on drums and percussion; Hekapth on congo, Osi drum, percussion.
