The Paul Butterfield Blues Band - s/t Elektra EKL 294 UK Mono original from 1965
This is the very first UK press of this LP, on the very rare Gold 'Guitar Player' label. Very, very few Elektra LPs were released on this label version, before it quickly changed to the orange/red one that most people think was the first press. And, as with most early Elektra LPs this comes with the U.S. sleeve.
The vinyl is in very nice condition - EX - with only a couple of light surface marks, nothing feelable or that affects playback. There are spindle marks, so this has been played, but very well looked after.
The U.S. sleeve is also in very nice condition, not suffering from the general surface and ring wear that a lot of LPs from this era have - and no splits either. There is just a little wear at the corners and edges. All in all a very nice example of this rare LP
