Description
Classic first six Numbers Deluxe singles from 1980 to 1983, in limited edition picture sleeves (with 2 'home made' sleeves for the 2 singles that were never issued in P/S). I have owned most of these singles since new, and the vinyl has always been housed inside the protective inner sleeve that I always purchased with my singles, back in the day. Check individual details below for further information:
1. The Modern Song / Take Me Away : vinyl and cover 'as new' . Single purchased new in early 1980's at time of release.
2. Five Letter Word / Alone : vinyl very good and sleeve very good. Label on A side is torn and a large '5' drawn to cover the tear. Cover has sticker stain at the top. Record purchased second hand in the early 1980's and plays EX.
3. Mr President / Private Eye + Gorilla : vinyl 'excellent' and sleeve is a 'home made' sleeve as this single never came in a P/S. . B sides are from the legendary 'Govt Boy' EP, with the second track interestingly listed as 'Gorilla', when it should be 'Guerilla'.
4. Big Beat / Telephone : vinyl 'excellent' and sleeve is a 'home made' sleeve as this single never came in a P/S. Acquired this single in the original RCA bag (included) from a Numbers gig way back in the early 1980's.
5. Jericho (single only recording) / Turn Back : vinyl and cover 'as new' . Single purchased new in early 1980's at time of release.
6. Dreams From Yesterday / Again (live) : vinyl and cover 'as new' . Single purchased new in early 1980's at time of release.
