Description

Vanguard VSD-79212, “Lucky Thirteen” with Bert Jansch, from 1966. Original vinyl plays at NM with virtually no background sound. The jacket is almost like new with square corners and just a tiny bit of color loss along lower seam and front cover at top; jacket back is extremely clean with no writing or stamps. You could hardly find a better jacket. This was Bert’s debut LP in the U.S. and includes “Angie”, “Been on the Road So Long”, “Running from Home”, “Tinker’s Blues”, “I Have No Time”, “Lucky Thirteen”, “Needle of Death”, “Ring a Ding Bird”, “Casbah”, “Courting Blues”, “Oh My Babe”, “Veronica”, “Rambling’s Gonna Be the Death of Me”, and “The Wheel”. Shipping is $4.00 media mail, $8.00 priority mail within the continental U.S.; $14.00 regular airmail to the U.K., Europe, Japan, Korea, and Australia; elsewhere inquire. Additional LPs in a single package are $1.00 per LP domestic, $2.00 elsewhere. For overseas shipments, registered mail for $11.75 extra is strongly recommended. (Last year, a package to the Netherlands was lost in shipment, resulting in disappointment on both sides.) Many old records are now practically antiques and should be treated that way. This LP will be packaged with the record inside an inner sleeve but outside the jacket; both are placed inside a sealed outer sleeve and shipped inside a special oversized handcrafted mailer with padding on all sides. It is designed thick enough not to be bent in transit and strong enough to withstand a drop from a second-story window. More than two LPs will be mailed together in a heavy Bags Unlimited pizza-style box. Your LP should arrive in the same condition as on the day it was shipped.
