THE MODERN JAZZ QUARTET Self-Titled Vinyl LP Original 1958 First Pressing on Atlantic Records Black Label 1265 Original plastic inner sleeve. Whole thing in just absolutely beautiful condition. 
Vinyl: NM Cover: NM Inner sleeve: VG+ (a bit wrinkled but otherwise like new) Labels: NM
Play tested: practically zero noise. Probably barely played.
Original owner's name written on back cover, upper left.
