The Beatles box from Liverpool.
Career spanning & encyclopeadic 8 Long Player UK stereo compilation from 1980 to the best of my knowledge. Great for a completist or even a casual fan looking to dip their toe.

Firstly, the records:
For the most part they are visually absolutely stunning. Very clean & shiny indeed. Some of them even look like they might not have ever been played- I certainly don't think any of them have taken more than a dozen spins.
Record 6 side A has an ugly scratch (see picture) & record 3 side A has a smaller singular hairline scratch but other than that the records show very little/no damage or sign of wear.
The labels are smashing. Clean and unmarked with very little/no spindle wear & all look very fetching.
I have play tested all of the records that show any sign of use at all. Record 6 side A definitely isn't dreadful on the turntable but does skip lightly on 3 or 4 occasions & there are a few background clicks. No particular playback deterioration is noticeable from the aforementioned hairline on record 3.
Secondly, the sleeves:
All good, clean, intact & undamaged. All come with original rice paper inner sleeves. Almost like new. The pictures tell a thousand words.
The outer box is pretty tatty & shows age. I've made a couple of sympathetic repairs with acid free tape to prevent further deterioration.
This set has long been deleted &, whilst it will admittedly never be the most coveted Beatles item on the planet, it will undoubtedly gather value if taken care of.
Great value at this starting price & would make a nice present. Offers welcome.
