Double gatefold with three inserts and three picture discs of the albums: "the Maggot", "the Bootlicker", and "the Crybaby".
"The Maggot" picture disc has a swastika on the A-side and the B-Side the Star of David (Judaism).
"The Bootlicker" picture disc has a black panther on the C-Side and the D-Side, a Klu Klux Klan cross.
"The Crybaby" picture disc has a Christian cross on the E-side and a pentagram with a goat on the F-side.

Five of the six sides don't look like they've ever been played. The 6th side has some surface marks (vg-), but are really buying this to play it? really? This is really more a display item than a play item. Don't you already have these three albums on cd?
The cover has a slight wear ring on both the front and back. The corners are rough.
