Description
Up for sale is this rare promo mono record album from 1964. "Hot Rod High" by The Knights has a record number T 2189. This release was produced by Gary Usher. The wrecking crew band played on it. They included Glen Campbell, Leon Russell, Hal Blaine and many other of the best session players in Los Angeles. This lp record did not sell very much and is very rare. This is a promo release. That is the way Capitol Records sent out promo,s back then. It was a stock record put in a stock cover with PROMO drilled through the top right cover. Also included is the original inner sleeve with the promo drilled through also. The cover is in near mint- condition with four square corners and no seam splits. Also there is no ring wear, just some light brown age spots on the lower back cover. The record has been played and plays fine with no skips. The record is in very good condition with scuffs and light scratches. Thanks Frank.
