There is quite a bit of history associated with this album, The Game Of Life - Christ vs Satan Football Game - Word W3298. This is the early 60s re-release of an older release that was originally on a 7" 45 album in 1951. The significant part of its history is that it is the album that started the Word record label. The founder of Word is Jarrell F. McCracken, a former sportscaster who had the idea of producing a sermon delivered as a play-by-play of a football game between Christianity and the forces of evil.
