 THE EYES
'GOOD DAY SUNSHINE / PLEASE DON'T CRY'

  on the original MERCURY RECORDS 45 MF 934 from 1966!

The EYES released a small handful of great renowned singles, that are gold-dust to find now (and probably then too!).
They have a raw, garage-freakbeat style that keeps collectors looking for their singles and rare EP - they never made ANY impression on the charts, barely got ANY airplay, and consequently got passed over at the time.
This was certainly the case with this issue too.
A rare classic artifact from a great period in British music history!
 

The vinyl is VG+/VG, playing through well. Visually some light scuff, and a couple of needle-scratches on the 'A' - the flip has a deeper rub scuff, but this plays great and sounds more like EX grade.
The labels are in clean shape, with middle intact.
