Description
The Doors: Vinyl Box Elektra Records / DMC Rhino Vinyl RHI1-74881 6 studio albums, first LP in mono and stereo, 7" "Light My Fire" single, complete set of replacement jackets
A 7-LP set in a faux-leather textured box numbered 01713/12500 featuring the band's six studio albums on 180g vinyl.
Albums include:
- The Doors
- Strange Days
- Waiting for the Sun
- The Soft Parade
- Morrison Hotel
- L.A. Woman
- All jackets are faithful reproductions of the original issues.
- "Waiting for the Sun," "The Soft Parade," and "Morrison Hotel" are gatefolds.
- "L.A. Woman" features a die-cut jacket with a transparent window.
- The first LP, "The Doors," is included as two LPs - one in stereo and one in mono.
- A 7" 45RPM single of "Light My Fire" is also included. The single is not sealed, but is in "as new" condition and has never been played.
- Additionally, a complete set of replacement jackets for all 7 LPs is included. This was obtained from Rhino in the event that any of the jackets in the box had seam splits.
The box has been carefully stored upright since purchase in a temperature controlled, smoke-free home and is still sealed. The shrink wrap shows minor shelf wear including a 1/4" tear on one corner. The box appears to be in perfect condition with no dents, splits, or other damage visible.
This is a long out-of-print LP box set. As the package is unopened, I cannot verify the condition of the contents and therefore it is sold "as is." Only returns of unopened merchandise will be accepted and the buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
