Description

Very Good Plus all around copy of the Rolling Stones 1973 underrated classic "Goats Head Soup", including their hit "Angie", and the awesome rockers "Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo (Heartbreaker)", "Star Star", and "Dancing With Mr D". Considered a bit of a letdown by some as following the critically acclaimed "Exile On Main Street", I personally love this album and find myself listening to it more than "Exile". This is a really nice copy, with the original album size insert photo of, you guessed it, a goats head soup! Sorry I didn't get a photo of it, but its in super shape, no bends, tears, edges. Wrapped in the original info / photo sleeve (also great shape, a couple of wrinkles but no creased, tears or bends), the vinyl has lots of color, and is clean and shiny. Dead Wax notes this as a CA-LA copy, AT, and their are very few marks on it, just a couple hairlines or sleeve marks. The gatefold cover has some ring and shelf wear that can be seen in the photos, but it has a great legible spine, and NO SPLITTING, and great edges, minor corner roughness. Nice complete package that will make you very happy. Original Vinyl in GREAT SHAPE is disappearing!! Please see all photos before bidding, and be sure to check out our store full of familiar / scarce / hard to find, and RARE vinyl, books, etc. If you are age 60 or older, a US Military Veteran, or a Public Servant (thanks to all for your service to our country), send me a message for a 10% discount.  Unless marked "MINT", used vinyl will always have some background noise and I always do the best I can to describe it. Message me and I'll listen to it again. We will also review bulk purchases, just send me a list of your items and offer. If you have anything you're looking for and don't see, message us, we have HUNDREDS not posted. Note: unless its Sealed, used vinyl will usually have some noise somewhere in its approximately 45 minutes of music. It is a wonderful part of the experience. Someone else loved this, and you are giving it a loving new home. And it says: THANK YOU! in the grooves. Reissues are usually remastered and often remixed, and do not sound the same as the originals, for better or for worse. We endorse original vinyl! So, Thanks for supporting original vinyl!
