*EXCELLENT* 1967 UK 1st *MONO* PRESSING LP

The version on this LP is a dedicated mono mix which differs from the more common stereo version.

It is on the textured orange & black Elektra label: EKL 4007

Housed in a fully laminated mono cover with 'Manufactured in Great Britain by Polydor Records Limited, London' printed on the rear panel.

Complete with original plain white inner-sleeve.

Matrix nos: EKL 4007A (COL) & EKL 4007B (COL)

Disc weight: 137g

Labels: EXCELLENT +

Just some light spindle marks but no other wear.

Visual: EXCELLENT

A wonderful, extremely well looked-after copy which apart from two light fingernail scuff lines on side 2 is immaculate and unmarked in daylight. Close & careful inscpection diectly under halogen light reveals just some extremely light inner-sleeve removal /paper hairlines but no other marks or wear whatsoever.

Play: EXCELLENT

This copy has been well treated and carefully played. I listened carefully at volume and found no evidence of groovewear on any track. Apart from a few ticks on the side 1 run-in and a touch of normal/light background between tracks and in the quieter passages on 'The End', there are no  significant or any major signs of wear throughout.

Cover

EXCELLENT

A clean, flat and glossy example which bears just some minor handling & storagewerar but no major faults. The front panel displays a few 'thumbnail' wrinkles towards the opening edge and small area of laminate lift next to the spine. However, all corners are clean and sharp and both opening edges are razor sharp and totally unworn. Both seams and the spine are unstressed and unsplit and the spine is clean and clearly worded.
