Description
The Contemplations-Alone With No Love (Dontee Records 1969). Rare original northern soul 45 on Dontee with the killer vocal track backed by an instrumental version on the flip. Rough but rare copy of this classic. The record is G- with heavy non-feelable scratches, lots of light non-feelable scratches, scuffs, heavy scuff marks, and groove wear. There's a mild storage dish warp that tracks fine. Plays strong G overall with no sticks or skips. The A side has heavy crackle, clicks, tics, as well as some repeated click and noise areas. The B side has heavy continuous groove noise, crackle, clicks, and tics. The labels have wear. Found in an old Decca sleeve that's strong VG+ with bent corners.
