I would rate the picture sleeve to be VG to VG + , (I am new at rating these type of things and I try to land on the conservative side)  no seam splits or busted corners or anything like that. There is a small disturbance on the upper right front where it looks like a price sticker may have been removed? a couple of small stains are also pictured, although I must say they look worse in the close-up pictures than in person.  (kind of amazing for cardboard nearly 60 years old) The pictures I have included  have a close-up of the areas in question.   The record itself I would rate EX and the label is perfect. The vinyl is glossy and has no apparent scratches or blemishes.  I couldn't find one in any local shops to make any comparisons.
