The Clash "Singles 77-79" Japan Eight 7-inch Single Box Set with OBI strip
This amazing box set has been out of print since its limited release by Epic Sony Japan in 1980.
It includes 8 original Japanese 7" singles in picture sleeve based on the original UK sleeve design.
It also contains 2 x long-fold lyric sheets / liner notes Sheet in English and Japanese, plus a color discography sheet
The original box artwork was designed by Paul Simonon. The box is in good-to-very-good condition showing the wear and tear of something nearly 40 years old. The obi strip is intact.
The eight singles however are in MINT condition. There’s hardly a mark on the sleeves and I’m not sure the discs have even been played. The eight singles are, of course, the band’s first 8 UK releases, each with original b-sides and faithfully reproduced artwork:
