DESCRIPTION: The Clash- Sandinista triple LP. 1st UK pressing complete with stickered box sleeve, original die-cut white inners, "Armageddon Times" booklet and A4/B4/C2/D2/E4/F4 matrix. Packed this weighs over 750gm hence overseas postage cost.

CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): EX/EX/EX/EX. Vinyls are really clean with a nice dark sheen. Look really lightly played and well looked after. Played passages of each side of each disc this morning on my budget deck. Sits flat on the turntable. Sounds Excellent. Music is clear, powerful and loud. Cover is also in top condition,much better than is usually seen. Great box shape retained, particularly on the fully legible spine. It is firm and square and has only light edge wear, light corner wear and minimal creasing. Die cut inners are Nm with minimal wear and obviously no splits or feathering. Booklet is complete with minimal wear and no faults. Immaculately clean labels- check out the photos. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears.

GRADING SYSTEM: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades.
I am just starting to sell off my very extensive record collection, built up over 40 years. I have hundreds of rarities in fantastic condition from many genres including blues, punk, metal, britpop, progressive, kraut, classic and hard rock.
