Description
(The item will be sent by Express Mail Service ("EMS") from Japan. It says "Local pickup only" under shipping because I cannot figure out how to use this feature. I will charge shipping at cost at prevailing exchange rates.)
Up for sale is Charlie Parker Quintet's Dial 202 10" LP. I have had this for 10+ years, waiting for the Dial 201 to show up on EBay or Yahoo Japan Auctions, which never did (or I missed seeing the auction/s for it completely). Here's your chance to complete YOUR collection.
The LP plays through very well at 2 grams on my Audio Technica AT-Mono3/LP cartidge, without any skips. Static and pops are minimal (although I am sure static will be more audible if a stereo cartridge is used).
The album cover is in reasonably good shape, without any holes along the sides, although there is scuffing. See pictures for other details I will not describe.
Earl Coleman's vocals on "Dark Shadows" is haunting : )
