The Candlelighters - Would You Do The Same For Me / At Soda Shop 45 on Delta 203

Ultra scarce Doo-wop released on the tiny Delta label in Nashville, TN  in 1958. Vinyl grades a nice VG+ to VG++ with Near Mint labels.

Jerry Osbourne's Guide to Records 15th edition puts a value of $1,000.00 to $2,000.00 on this particular 45 in Near Mint condition.

I just acquired this 45 locally near Nashville with a small collection of mostly locally released 45's.  "Sheldon" is stamped into the dead wax on both sides indicating it was pressed at the Sheldon pressing plant in Chicago. Matrix numbers are etched in the dead wax on both sides. A-side is SO - 602 and B-side is SO - 603. Vinyl is thick and consistent with a pressing from the era.
