The Beatles-1962-1966/1967-1970 1973 1st UK *White Label Test Press* 4xLP
This is an impossibly rare, 1973 1st UK Test Pressing of both the Red and Blue LPs, created at the EMI Hayes, Middlesex, pressing plant to quality control the press.
Has white labels to all sides that are in fantastic shape, with very little evidence of having been played.
EMI test-pressing batches for Beatles titles at EMI Hayes in the 1970’s were generally:
6–12 copies total per batch
This is:
• the label needed approval copies,
• QC listened to fresh stampers,
• export partners sometimes received test copies,
• engineers occasionally took reference copies.

Media (Play Tested): VG+ The vinyl has retained a glossy sheen and sits completely flat with no warping. Sounds incredible but has light surface marks. Very clean labels with minimal marks and very light age discolouration.
Sleeve: VG+ Both copies come with stock sleeves and inners that have wear and fading.
