Up for auction is the Beatles so called BUTCHER cover LP "Yesterday"...and Today. # T 2553.
I call myself a collector but almost everyone else thinks I'm a hoarder and with over 10,000 LPs they may be right. I've decided to start listing a few and so I'm starting with a good one. I do this once in awhile and have listed MO-FI UHQRs, regular MO-FIs another Butcher that was no where near as nice as this one and other odds and ends. Check my seller feedback.
The day after tomorrow I'll be listing a few more Beatle albums and hopefully I'll keep going all next week so check back.
I've already given a pretty good description as to condition in the condition section and there should be enough pictures to let you know that this is probably the BEST one now on E-Bay. This is the best one I've had since a bought a bunch of brand new ones back in 1966. Not one that I kept for myself. I think that whoever wins this auction will be very happy with this LP and cover.
I'm starting the bidding at $.99 but don't let that scare you. Also the pictures were taken with an OLD Sony Mavica, one of the first digital cameras that used a floppy disk. I even had to buy an external A drive to download these pics. So don't expect super high resolution pictures.
About shipping: I do not like S&H gougers and I am not a business so I will charge a flat rate of $4. The LP will be shipped with Insurance, Delivery Confirmation and most likely Priority Mail. If the winning bidder is on the West Coast or close to it I may ship Media Mail. You'll still get it in 3 days. Shipping will probably be between $10 and $20 but I will cover any costs over the $4.
THIS IS THE BUTCHER COVER. The photo of the left side clearly shows where the trunk slick did not completely cover the butcher beneath it and Ringo's V is clearly visible through the paste over.
