Condition as described is, vinyl, inner sleeve & cover are in near mint condition!! 

To be honest i say near mint because it is not sealed otherwise all 3 are in mint condition!!! 

Looks like it was un - sealed looked at & put away. Absolutely amazing!!! 

The signature looks amazing to, great position, clear & bright. 

Very hard to find especially in this condition if at all. 

I doubt there is a better copy around!!!

It doesn't look like it's been touched not alone played!!!
