Description
The Beatles - Yesterday and Today. Capitol Records T-2553, mono, RIAA 4. As you can see, this is a partially peeled 2nd state Butcher cover. The cover is in Fair condition: the spine is fully split, the top seam has partial splits from both corners, and the bottom seam has long 4.5" splits from both corners. The original inner sleeve is in VG with several corner bends. The Record is in Poor condition with many scuffs and several feelable scratches on both sides. Side 2 has what appears to be dozens of specks of paint that may cause audible pops and maybe even skips (depending on your stylus' tracking weight).
That said, you're not buying this for the record. The partially peeled Butcher cover could be framed as-is for display, or you could try peeling the rest of it off to reveal the original Butcher cover and then frame it. And the starting bid is just 1¢. Let's see how little you'll pay to add this grail to your collection!
