Description

The Beatles  White Album on Apple Records a U.K. pressing in Mono ,Top loading  Very low # 0003663 , 1st pressing.

The matrix numbers in the dead waxes are  Side One  XEX-709-1, Stamper G G G ,  Mother  2

                                                                    Side Two XEX-710-1 , Stamper G D G,   Mother  3

                                                                    Side Three XEX-711-1, Stamper R D ,  Mother  1

                                                                    Side Four XEX-712-1 , Stamper G T ,   Mother  1

Vinyls - There is very little if any loss in sound quality. All vinyls have shiney black sheen 

I play graded the entire album and it sounds wonderful in mono 

This is my in depth description

Side One has a tiny mark at the beginning of ' Ob-La-Di,Ob-La-Da 'which causes a few very soft tics ; Also two needle marks on ' While My Guitar Gently Weeps ' that cannot  be felt .There are  tics at the end of While My Guitar Gently Weeps ' and the beginning of   'Happiness Is a Warm Gun  .Other than that Side one plays EX to EX+ 

If you can get past a couple of tics on this first side only,this entire album plays near perfect. It is truly a joy to listen to

Side Two has a couple of hairlines,plays cleean and sounds beautiful , EX to EX+

Side Three has a couple of hairlines , plays clean and sounds beautiful ,EX to EX+

Side Four has hairlines [ 4 or 5 ] plays clean and sounds beautiful ,EX  to EX+

 

Cover  [ 0003663 ]  is solid ,, no writing  no splits .Corner wear on front  lower left and front upper right hand side and back lower right , a couple of small marks and a few very light creases

This is a very solid thick heavy cover

I would grade this a strong VG to be conservative

Original black inner sleeves and poster included
