THE BEATLES - 'WHITE ALBUM'
This fine 1st UK MONO pressing dates from November 1968 release on the Apple label: PMC 7067/8
All labels include the 'Sold in UK...' and 'An EMI Recording' texts.
A 'KT' purchase tax code is present on the side 4 label.
Matrix numbers: XEX 709-1, 710-1 & XEX 711-1, 712-1
Stamper codes: 1/O, 7/TD & 5/TL, 2/GGL
Vinyl weights: 144g & 146g
Housed in a fully laminated, top-opening stereo cover (as originally purchased) individually numbered: No.0410986
Complete with 4 colour portrait photos, poster & die-cut black inner-sleeves.

All are bright & unworn with just a handful of light spindle trails on side 2 of disc 1 and no more than 2/3 on the others.
Visual
Disc 1: EXCELLENT + Disc 2. NEAR MINT
All playing surfaces are perfectly clean and retain all of their factory deep-gloss shine.
The only blemishes are a light turntable scuff on side 1 & a few faint spots in the side 2 run-out, otherwise both are 'as new'.
Audio: NEAR MINT
Played just a couple of times on high-end equipment, the audio is clean & totally unworn throughout both discs.
There are no clicks, pops or anything to distract from the outstanding mono mix which is guaranteed not to disappoint.
Cover: EXCELLENT +
A 1st class example from heavy card stock with an unworn high-gloss laminate without any 'thumbnails' or spine bends.
The laminate is fully intact over the raised 'THE BEATLES' wording and the number is clean and unworn.
All corners are sharp and unbumped and all the top-opening edges are sharp & clean.
Both panels inside the gatefold are pristine.
The spine is clean & fully worded with just a small split in the laminate over the wording at the upper end.

Both are clean & flat with a tiny nick to one central window but no damage to any edges or seams.
