Description
On auction, we have an original 1968 The Beatles White Album number A1911208. The plain white double folding cover has "The Beatles" impressed on the front and the number stamped below. Printed on the fold is "Stereo SWBO 101. This comes complete with the fold out poster and 4 portraits of the Beatles all on glossy paper. The back of the poster has the song lyrics. The 2 records have "SWBO-101" on the labels, but no E.M.I.. I believe this is in excellent condition. The cover is clean with only a trace of toning on the open edges. The portraits and poster are clean, crisp, bright and bold. The poster has been handled and has a few light wrinkles. The records come in clean plain white sleeves. The records are clean, but may have my fingerprints. I see no scratches, but sides 1 and 4 have small lines that might be from an eraser, I don't know. These have not been listened to, I have no record player. As I am not an expert on records, please view all photos for more description. My friend who collects everything is moving to a much smaller home and parting with some of his favorite things.
