Car Boot Soul Feb 2026 Auction: Classic Rock
This month we are auctioning off nearly 400 records and CDs from our Classic Rock collection. This is all our remaining Classic Rock stock and includes stock copies but also some very rare first editions. The condition of almost all these items is great. We are doing this to focus exclusively on Funk, Soul, Jazz, Reggae & Hip-hop (for now!).

Notes :
Variation with a round flipback sleeve printed by Garrod. Likely a variation of the 2nd pressing, as the matrix suffixes change to 2N-1N (first pressing is 1N-1N), and the "Recording first published 1963" statement is introduced, but the "Sold in U.K. Subject to Resale Conditions" statement does not feature (this was not introduced by Parlophone/EMI until early 1964). Note too the label rim begins "The Parlophone Co. Ltd." (later pressings begin "The Gramophone Co. Ltd"). Similar to https://www.discogs.com/release/599456 but with Times New Roman typeface. Side A: puch-out center embossed letters KT The title on the label, "The Beatles' Hits" is wider than track info beneath. Made & printed in Great Britain. Runout data is stamped
