MONO 1st press - NO SUBSIDIARY TEXT ON LABELS = 1966 Genuine. Stamped G2/G6...G denoting a 1st sequence copy IN MONO..  SCRANTON "IAM" triangle. Genuine 1st month pressing.....the labels OMIT Lennon and McCartney 1st names!....only the early copies make this omission. Genuine and collectable rare mono pressing. Very impressive 1st.
Vinyl (Ex-/Ex) [S1/S2] In fantastic condition and has only seen light careful use. Truly - very very few original copies have seen this little use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of light marks per side, a superficial trail, a tiny patch of very very feint scuffing - nothing remotely troublesome. Nice lustre. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an average of NEAREXCELLENT level of playback on side 1. Side 2 has seen just a shade less use....and we are averaging an EXCELLENT level. Slightest deviation in a couple of spots... There is slight low-level presence just noticeable in the quietest moments. e.g. intros and sitar moments...and the tracks "HT&Everywhere"..Difficult to avoid entirely even on a mint copy.. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. IN TRACK audio is superb -- Sounds Excellent and precise clarity. Don't expect perfect silence behind audio at all times..occasional slight presence [low in mix] in a couple of tracks.... Good clean audio - even in the fussy numbers. Most original copies struggle with the fussy tracks - this copy maintains an, excellent, but not perfectly silent player... An excellent strike rate by any measure...If you wanted a lovely solid 1966 player..in MONO...reasonably priced...well worth thinking about! 
Cover (Ex-) An absolute stunner...just taken it outta the shrink! Try and find a better copy!...only a sealed copy could beat it. Hole-punch top right....diesnt stand out that much. In lovely condition and many original examples will not be looking this spritely after this passage of time. In fact are NO WHERE NEAR this nice.....Lovely clean front - impressively so. Hardly any ageing.  The cover retains excellent rigidity. The edges are close on perfect - very very unusual for an original '66 USA copy.
