Description


An original 1971 solid [150gram] EMI pressing pre-oil crisis and tube-cut. "Gramophone" text. Never write off a two boxer! These copies - particularly the earlier copies sound Superb! You just need to find a perfectly preserved copy. If you have unlimited budget...by all means try and snag a day 1 copy from 66 - but for those with more limited means...the example, here, will sound astoundingly good [without having to take out a mortgage]! the combination of high production standards, excellent Emi pressing quality....The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original cover. There's the original sepia Emi advertising inner sleeve too. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) PLAYS EX throughout with one deviation on side 2. A couple of clicks early on side 2. But a great little player none the less. Will give pretty much any other copy a run for its money. This is a BEATLES classic...snag yourself a great copy...before someone else beats you to it!
Cover (Ex)... Beautifully clean flat surfaces. Really impressive for its 50+ years of age. Slightest handling on rear. Hardly any edge wear. Spine 98% intact. Superb.
