Has "Dick James Mus." Credited after Please Please Me

On my searches I have not found many which are stereo and also state "The Parlophone Co.".  Though not an expert, I am pretty sure it is a fourth pressing.

Very well cared for, was my father's and he took care of everything.  It will be very carefully packaged prior to sending.
