The Beatles - Please Please Me - UK Mono Original - Gold Label - PMC 1202
This is without doubt the best copy I have ever listed on Ebay
Condition
The heavyweight vinyl is in unbelievable condition. Under my halogen downlights it amazingly retains all of it's beautiful original sheen. There are only the merest of sleeve removal signs and a couple of non feelable needle trails. Grades conservativley as EX
Side One - XEX 421-1N. H stamped at three o'clock, 1 at ten o'clock - No tax code Side Two - XEX 422-1N. GD stamped at three o'clock, 1 at eleven o'clock - MT tax code
The labels are stunning and only have a couple of spindle trails. Grades as EX
The Ernest J Day sleeve is superb. Has some minor creasing, slight turn on a small part of the bottom flipback. Overall a stunning sleeve. Grades as EX
The Emitex inner sleeve has minor creasing in places. Grades as EX
All in all an amazing "gold" label Please Please Me. These don't come along in this condition very often.
Please note that I visually grade under halogen downlighters. This shows every mark as ordinary bulbs and sunlight can make the most scratched record look mint!
