Description
This is a nice copy of the Mono version of The Beatles Please Please Me album.
It was one of the first records my father ever bought and was in his record collection up until it was left to me recently. The sleeve is showing some age but there are no rips or tears, or on the inner sleeve, just some discolouration.
The album itself is a bit of contrast. One side is fine with no scratches and the label is very nice and clear. The other side there is one definite scratch running from the non grooved area at the end then downwards. Plus the label is somewhat worn and not as clear. There are a couple of other very minor scratches too on that side but they, and the main scratch, are really not all that bad, I'm just trying to describe accurately.
It is marked XEX 421-1N and 422-1N.
It also has the Dick James credits which are so sought after.
Any questions please ask. I will be listing the rest of my Dad's records soon once we've cleared the house. There's some early Stones from memory. Many thanks
