The Beatles sing their smash hits, PAPERBACK WRITER and Rain on this 1966 Capitol Records MINT condition West Coast Picture Sleeve & 7" 45 record. Condition is "used." Ships inexpensively by USPS Media Mail.
This auction is for a stone mint, very rare (in this condition) West Coast 7" 45 rpm RECORD and PICTURE SLEEVE issued by Capitol Records on May 30, 1966. [Please see photos above.] This double-A sided #1 single of PAPERBACK WRITER b/w Rain by the Beatles (Capitol 5651) would later appear on their first greatest hits album, "Hey Jude," in 1970.
Priced at less than HALF of what is called for in the Cox Price Guide, this beautiful, original Beatles picture sleeve and 45 is an important, affordable addition to anyone's Beatles Collection, not only because they are in such nice condition, but also that scarce, high-quality Beatles memorabilia is always in demand and holds its value remarkably well.
