Description
The Beatles in MONO!! "Yesterday and Today" original peeled 3rd state Butcher Cover from 1966. This is an excellent peel job considering the damage that can happen during the process. This is an LA pressing with the number 6 near the RIAA stamp on the back.
Please take a look at all of the photos. The back of the cover is one of the cleanest I have seen with very minimal wear. The cover is quite clean with only very minimal abrasion in a couple of locations. Otherwise the color is excellent!
The seams are all intact with the writing completely clear and legible on the spine. The only flaw is the beginning of a split at the top center which is approximately 2 1/2" long.
The vinyl is VG (+) with occasional pops, some noise in between tracks and other quieter passages and no skips. The song Yesterday has a bit of noise and crackle but otherwise a decent listening experience. This copy has the triangle with I AM in the dead wax. The inner sleeve is intact with one side split.
Overall: Cover - Very Good + (+) Record - Very Good
