The Beatles - Help Original Mono Pressing Matrix - Side 1 - XEX-549-2 Side 2 - XEX-550-2 Stampers - Side 1 - ROR Side 2 - RMP
AN ORIGINAL EARLY 1965 UK BLACK AND YELLOW PARLOPHONE mono 1st PRESSING UK VINYL LP PMC 1255. - This is an ORIGINAL 1965 UK **FIRST** Pressing mono Vinyl LP for The Beatles fifth UK Album Release, and their second Movie ‘Help’
- The album is on the traditional Black & Yellow Parlophone Label, with ‘The Gramophone Co Ltd’ label rim, with ‘P Date 1965’, & Sold in UK and ‘Made in Gt. Britain’ label text.
- The official machine stamped side 1 matrix is XEX 549-2 and Side XEX 550-2.
- There is an embossed *KT* tax code visible on the centre of the side 1 record label. - The album is housed in its original first issue Garrod & Lofthouse, ‘mono’ front laminated sleeve with three flipbacks to the reverse.
Vinyl - The sound quality is superb from start to finish, it plays really well throughout and is crisp and clear. Visually it looks in excellent condition although if held up to the light there are a few minor hairlines, these do not have an effect on the quality of the LP - Has been very well cared for.
LP Cover - The front laminated picture sleeve is in amazing condition. The sleeve is a beautiful example corner to corner in brilliant condition. All edges and the spine edge are pretty much perfect although the bottom right hand corner shows slight signs of wear. The reverse of the sleeve is still clean with only minor signs of age to the back panel. All three flipbacks are in very good condition.
Overall a superb 1st pressing!!
