They say a picture is worth one thousand words...but some pictures don't tell the whole story, so please read my item description & condition below as well as my terms of sale.
ITEM DESCRIPTION & CONDITION: HELP! is an album by the English rock band the Beatles that was issued in the United States and Canada in August 1965. This, the North American version, the band's eighth Capitol Records album and tenth overall, includes the songs in the film plus selections from the film's orchestral score composed and conducted by Ken Thorne, which contains one of the first uses of the Indian sitar on a rock/pop album. This copy is a United States reissue that I assume, based upon my research, to be a 1978 release. I will describe many key components of the item so that you, the buyer, can determine its age, condition and value for yourself. The item condition and the identifiable characteristics are as follows:
1) The vinyl disc itself, SMAS-2386, cannot be described or graded since this item is still sealed.
2) The Album Cover/Jacket itself, the original style full gatefold, has the original shrink wrap entirely intact with no noticeable imperfections other than some minor rippling, a couple scuff marks and a possible breach at the lower right corner. Each of the four corners are relatively square however the lower left corner has a minor bump/bend and crease while the lower right corner exhibits some rubbing and/or fuzzing at the tip. The front and rear cover colors are clear and vibrant while the white appears to be slightly yellowed...see photos.

- The words "NEW IMPROVED" from "New Improved Full Dimensional Stereo" tag on front cover is printed in orange
- SMAS-2386 on spine
- Does not have the RIAA Gold Record Award logo
- Original retail sticker from Waxie Maxie's, dated May 1980, affixed in the upper right hand corner of front cover

SHIPPING & HANDLING: I only ship to the continental USA, I do NOT ship International. By default, I ship all items via United States Postal Service Media Mail within 72 hours of auction end. However, since USPS Media Mail is consistently taking longer than estimated and is subject to inspection which can further delay delivery I now offer expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Your shipping cost is calculated based on the item(s) weight (including package and any packing materials used) and your proximity to my location. I add $1.50 to shipping charges as a handling fee to cover the cost of a brand new and previously unused LP mailer and corrugated filler pads. Combined shipping may be available but, only if pre-approved by seller prior to auction end.
PACKAGING: 1) Opened record albums; The vinyl record disc itself is removed from the album cover/jacket to prevent damaging the cover during shipment. If the item includes a specialized or custom inner sleeve, the vinyl record disc is removed from the original inner sleeve and placed in a generic inner sleeve. The album cover, the vinyl record disc and any/all inserts will be placed in a top-load style plastic sleeve which is placed in a pre-formed corrugated mailer along with any necessary packing material for shipment. 2) Unopened (still sealed) record albums; Sealed items will remain unopened and are placed in a top-load style plastic sleeve which is placed in a pre-formed corrugated mailer along with any necessary packing material for shipment.
PAYMENT: I only accept payment through the new eBAY payment system! Any/all payments must be completed within 72 hours of auction end unless other arrangements have been agreed to by both the purchaser and the seller. Immediate payment due if and when using the Buy-It-Now option.
RETURNS: I do NOT accept returns for any reason whatsoever. I use my best judgment when grading items and I describe items to the best of my knowledge and ability keeping in mind that I am not a professional grader or collector.
