Description
You are bidding on The Beatles "Christmas Album" LP produced in 1970. It was produced for memebers of the Beatles fan club and was not for sale in stores. The LP contents are listed as follows: Side 1- #1 1963, #2 1964, #3 1965, #4 1966 ; Side 2 - #1 1967, #2 1968, #3 1969. The cover is in very good condition with minor dings and creases and the record is in excellent condition. This is a great collectible for any Beatles fan and very hard to find.
On Feb-26-10 at 10:56:54 PST, seller added the following information:Since I listed this item, I have received several questions inquiring if this is an original pressing of the Beatles Christmas Album or if it is a copy. I am not an expert on Beatles memorabilia and therefore cannot determine if it is an original. It was a part of my sister's collection, who was a member of the fan club but I do not know its absolute origins. Please email me if there is something specific about the item you would like to know. Here is some further information that buyers have asked me that others may find helpful.
The front looks like the photo in the listing with the various pictures of the four Beatles and the lower right graphic says “The Beatles Christmas Album”. On the back at the upper left of the large letters which say “The Beatles Christmas Album” are six little representations of the six Beatles Fan Club Christmas Albums of which this is a compilation. On the bottom left corner it says the following:

The labels on the record itself have the image of an outside of the green apple. In addition to the title, the label says SBC 100 (SBC1-100). It lists the tracks on side one as follows:

4. DEC. 1966 (6:40)
The side 2 label has the image of an apple which has been cut in half. It has written
SBC 100 (SBC2-100). It lists it tracks as:

3. DEC. 1969 (7:42)

On Feb-26-10 at 12:27:01 PST, seller added the following information: In an effort to be as helpful as possible, here are the affirmative answers to the 5 questions an Ebay member who seems quite knowledgable about this record asked me to determine its authenticity. All apply to the record! Happy bidding!
1. "Theatre Royal" over Lennon's head, front bottom row, second photo from left, is faint but discernible.
2. Both of Ringo's eyes are visible, front fourth row, first photo on left.
3. "The Beatles Christmas Album" + "SBC 100" are on the spine.
4. Jacket is made of heavy cardboard.
5. "SBC-1-100 A" and "SBC-2-100-B" are etched on the dead wax trail-off as is "Bell Sound" in script.
